1952 – 2004

BYRON – Henry S. Miller, 51, died of cancer Wednesday, Jan. 21, at his residence, with his wife at his side.

Born in Plymouth, Conn., Sept. 24, 1952, the son of Rueben and Frances (Stewart) Miller, he graduated from Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Conn.

He grew up in Connecticut, and moved to Maine in the 70s. He worked for Bath Public Works and also worked as a millwright for various construction companies, including Northeast Industrials, SWB and Cianbro.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting and working in his garage. He also enjoyed cookouts and bonfires under his apple trees. He will be missed by his many friends and especially his dog, “Casey”, who accompanied him and Olga on many rabbit hunts.

He was married in Wells, Vt., on May 30, 1993 to Olga Wiegand who survives of Byron; other survivors include his stepson, Robert McKinnon Jr.; his parents, Rueben and Frances Miller of Winchester, N.H.; brothers, Robert Miller and his wife, Anita of Thomaston, Conn., and their children, Eric and Matthew, his brother, Rueben Miller and his wife, Dolores of Kent, Conn., and Jim Miller and his companion, Cindy Sciarra of Plymouth, Conn.
