RUMFORD – The Sassi Memorial Cross Country Championship is scheduled for Black Mountain of Maine, January 31.

The 5K women’s event will start at 10 a.m., and the 5K for men at 11:00. Racers will be seeded from slowest to fastest. Entry fee is $8. Checks should be made payable to Chisholm Ski Club, P.O. Box 616, Rumford, Maine, 04276. Entry deadline is January 26 at 5 p.m.
