WHITEFIELD, N.H. (AP) – The attorney general’s office released the name and cause of death of a woman in Whitefield, and was calling it a homicide Sunday.

Linda Poulin, 51, of Whitefield, was shot to death Saturday morning, the office said.

Authorities said police received a 911 call from Poulin’s residence at about 11:30 a.m., seeking emergency medical assistance for her.

No other details were released.
