AUBURN – Justice Ellen Gorman ruled Monday that any statements Kerry Gray made after he arrived at Lewiston Police Station last March were suppressed.
Statements the Livermore Falls man accused of attempting to murder and raping an elderly Livermore Falls woman made up until that point are admissible in a trial, Gorman ruled.
She also ruled all the other evidence collected was admissible at a trial.
