Gov. John Baldacci’s health care proposals reported on Thursday’s page A1 should have noted that Republicans want to delay expanding the MaineCare component of the Dirigo health care plan until 18 months after the July 1 startup date for Dirigo. The expansion would increase the number of low-income people eligible under the program.
