LIVERMORE FALLS – Funeral services, with full military honors, were held Saturday for William Botka at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls. Officiating was the Rev. Joseph W. Chamberland. Soloist was Dianne Hirsh. Military units were under the direction of Richard Therrien. Military units were represented by the VFW Post #3335, the Lane-Dube Amvets Post #33 of Jay, and the American Legion Post #10 of Livermore Falls. Firing squad members were Bernard Gray, Neree Simoneau, Richard Dupont, Bob Welch, Raoul LaPlante, Joe Groomes, David O. Smith, and Gerard Richard. Honor guard members were Eugene Pomerleau, AF, Jean Nadeau, Wally Tripp, John Dube, Don LeSuer, Dick Moreau. A flag was presented to the family by Erlon Rose and Donald Simoneau. Spring interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Livermore Falls.
