• Jan. 29: A Canal Street caller reported a criminal mischief complaint that occurred on Exchange Street at an unknown time. Someone apparently attempted to enter the rear of a commercial Pine State van by ripping out the rear window, which sustained $300 in damages. Nothing was believed to be missing.

• Jan. 28: A Franklin Street resident reported that someone broke into her car while it was parked on Franklin Street and caused $50 in damages to the vehicle’s radio.

• Jan. 28: A Route 2 resident reported that someone had punctured two tires on his trailer, causing $50 in damages, broken a light on the trailer, causing $25 damage, and stole a cutting tool valued at $125.

• Lawrence Scott, 40, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay a fine, on Feb. 1. He was released on bail.

• Leslie R. Woods, 49, of Rumford, on charges of violation of conditions of release and domestic assault, on Feb. 1. He was transported to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Gregory Zadakis, 56, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, on Jan. 31. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• John Zadakis, 52, of Mexico, on charges of criminal threatening and disorderly conduct, on Jan. 31. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• Devin J. Pratt, 18, of Jay, on a charge of operating after suspension, on Jan. 31. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Lisa G. Hodgkins, 39, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence (second offense), on Jan. 30. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Joshua L. Hussey, 26, of Dixfield, on a charge of operating after suspension, on Jan. 30. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• Wade T. Clukey, 36, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to appear in Windham at arraignment on a charge of theft, on Jan. 29. He was released on $100 cash bail.

• Leslie R. Woods, 49, of Rumford, on charges of domestic assault and violation of a protection order, on Jan. 28. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
