AUBURN – Robert E. Benoit, 44, of 314 Turner St., died Feb. 1, unexpectantly at his home.
He was born in Lewiston May 3, 1959, the son of Lucien E. and Mary (Johnson) Benoit. He was educated in the schools of Auburn and graduated from Edward Little High School. He married Cindy Hesketh on Nov. 27, 1993.
He was employed at Riley Medical Inc. as a maintenance manager for 16 years. He was a lifelong member of the NRA and he belong to the local exchange club. He enjoyed various muscle cars, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with his dog “Harley”.
Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Cindy, his son, Brian, his daughter, Deanna all of Auburn; two sisters, R. Gail Card of Bowdoin and Peggy Bardier and her husband Danny of Turner; one brother, Normand L. and his wife Nancy of Litchfield; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents.
