LIVERMORE FALLS – The Planning Board will consider two site plans when they meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The first application is for a relocation of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy Inc. from the Paradis block to space in the former Primary School where Curves is located.
Allen Adams will make the second presentation, seeking to operate a used car sales business with his parents on property at 243 Park St.
The board will also review a sample Building Notification Ordinance that would apply to all new structures, creation of one or more dwelling units within an existing structure, the reconstruction of an existing structure and the relocation of an existing structure.
