FARMINGTON – The Titcomb Mountain Ski Patrol, an affiliate of the National Ski Patrol, is seeking new patrollers for next year’s skiing, snowboarding and telemarking season.

An informational meeting for anyone interested in joining this ski patrol will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the base lodge at Titcomb Mountain.

Anyone interested in joining the patrol needs three things: fairly strong skiing, snowboarding or telemarking ability; the willingness to complete an informative, 80-hour outdoor emergency care course, which will be taught in Farmington in the fall; and the willingness to volunteer time on the slopes each winter.

Any questions in advance of this meeting can be directed to Megan Roberts at Titcomb Mountain at 778-9031, to Woody Hanstein, evenings at 778-6905, or Andy Forester, evenings at 465-9749.
