CANTON – Whitney Lodge No. 167 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons will hold a stated meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 4. This meeting will be preceded by a casserole supper at 6:30 p.m. All Master Masons are welcome.

Computer crimes

DIXFIELD – Families Taking Action invites the public to a presentation by Maine Computer Crimes Task Force at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 4, at Dirigo High School Library. The presentation will last about 30 minutes and then there will be a question and answer period. Refreshments will be served. All parents are encouraged to attend.

Canton GOP caucus

CANTON – Clinton Conant, chairman of the Canton Town Committee, has announced that Canton Republicans will caucus at 6:30 p.m. March 9, at the Canton Municipal Building. The purpose of the caucus is to elect delegates and alternates to the Republican State Convention, elect members of the Oxford County Republican Committee, and organize for the upcoming elections. All Canton Republicans are urged to attend this event. The State Convention will be held May 14 and 15 in Augusta.
