FARMINGTON – Registrations are being taken for the Farmington Recreation Department’s second season of indoor soccer. The deadline for registrations for boys and girls in grades three to eight is Friday, March 5.

This five-week program will take place at the Farmington Community Center from 4:50 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays, 4:50 to 6:10 p.m. Tuesdays and from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays.

Teams in this league will consist of both boys and girls participating on a 10-player roster, to promote balanced competition and equal play opportunity.

An introductory skills clinic will take place Saturday, March 13, at the following times: Grade three, 2:30-3:10; grade four, 3:30-3:50; grade five, 3:50-4:30; grade six, 4:30-5:10; grade seven, 5:10-5:50; grade eight, 5:50-6:30 p.m. in the gymnasium of the Farmington Community Center. Roster and schedules will be given out at these sessions.

The regular season begins March 15 and ends March 30.

A standard registration fee of $20 is charged to all players. An additional nonresident fee of $5 applies to those participants who do not reside in Farmington, Farmington Falls, West Farmington or Fairbanks.
