1911 – 2004
FARMINGDALE – Madeline Kimball Rowe, 92, of Farmingdale and formerly of Auburn, passed away March 1.
She was born June 27, 1911, the daughter of Orea C. and Frances A. Kimball in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard, Mass. She was educated in Auburn schools and graduated from Edward Little High School in 1931. She enjoyed gardening and her family.
She married Arnold C. Rowe of Vassalboro on Oct. 8, 1932. He predeceased her on Nov. 11, 1970.
She is survived by her sons, Carl Rowe Sr. of Farmingdale, Sheldon Rowe and wife Patricia of Windsor; granddaughters, Kimball Dimuzio of New Sharon, Eileen Hale of Center Harbor, N.H., and Jane Rowe of San Diego; grandsons, Sheldon B. Rowe of Bingham and Carl Rowe Jr. of Milton; and five great-grandsons.
