AUBURN – Northeast Bank has opened a new Commercial Lending Center in Auburn to help businesses in the greater Lewiston-Auburn area satisfy all their financial needs from one location. Situated at the bank’s Auburn branch at 232 Center St., the Center houses three commercial lenders and commercial loan administration group.
“The L/A business community is growing and we wanted to create an environment where business owners can meet with expert lenders to discuss all their needs, without having to travel to several meetings or locations,” said Dan Keneborus, senior vice president and head of Northeast’s Commercial Division. “Every business is unique, and our strategy is to effectively provide access to the best knowledge and financing available – whether they need a small business loan, a line of credit, an equipment loan, advice on succession planning, or virtually anything else.”
Northeast’s Regional Vice President of Commercial Lending, Diane McManus, will oversee the center, working closely with Commercial Loan Officer Steve Poirier and Senior Commercial Loan Officer and VP Van Perry, together with a solid administrative team headed by VP Lena Hann.
To further support the local business community, Northeast’s Private Banking Group/Trust Division is also located at the Center Street location, as are retail lenders for the area and a full-service retail branch.
Northeast Bank, headquartered in Auburn, operates 13 branch offices in Western, Central, Mid-Coast and Southern parts of the state, providing comprehensive financial services with an emphasis on “needs-based” advice to meet the needs of its consumer and business customers.
