1928 – 2004
LISBON – Roland E. Parlin, 75, of Lisbon, died at his home on Monday, March 15.
He was born in New Vineyard, on April 3, 1928, the son of Ivan Parlin and Harriet Buad Berry.
He was best know for his 13-year career as a hot dog vendor on Lisbon Street in Lewiston. He enjoyed golf, guitar, cards and cribbage.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Claire; daughters, Karen and husband, Thomas Hayes and Kelly White; son, Ken Parlin; brothers, Silas Parlin and wife, Marie and Rudy Parlin and wife, Shirley; sister, Christine Paxman; grandchildren, Sean and Kristin Hayes and Amanda and Zachary White; great-grandchild, Jordan Thomas Bedard; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by son, Kevin; and brothers, Milton and Lawrence Parlin.
