LEWISTON -Androscoggin Bank has promoted Annette Saucier to the position of trust operations manager for Androscoggin Trust and Investment Services located at 30 Lisbon St. in Lewiston.
Saucier started with the Androscoggin Bank as a trust assistant when the trust and investment services department was established in 1993. Saucier brings more than 23 years’ of central Maine banking experience in all aspects of trust operations and investment management. From 1981 to 1993, Saucier served in the trust department at Fleet Bank.
An active community member, she has served as secretary to Twin City Swim Team’s Parent Group and volunteers at her children’s schools. Leisure time interests include spending time with her family at sporting events and cheering on the Red Sox.
She resides in Lewiston with her husband, Clayton, and their two children, Maria and Tony.

Richards joins real estate firm
FARMINGTON – Tracy Richards has joined Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty as a real estate sales agent. Based out of Sandy River Realty office on Routes 2 & 4, Wilton Road, Farmington. Richards will offer a full range of agency services for buyers and sellers.
Prior to affiliating with Sandy River Realty, Richards worked for Androscoggin Bank as an indirect lender. During the 12 years at the bank Richards also worked in loan processing, which has given her a lot of experience understanding the mortgage side of real estate sales. She had previously been a member of Financial Women International and is currently a Mary Kay Consultant.
Richards has been a volunteer for the Androscoggin County Home Health & Hospice delivering groceries to elderly shut-ins. She graduated from Thomas College in 1991 with an associate’s degree in business administration and is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Maine at Augusta.
She grew up in Livermore Falls and currently resides in Livermore with her husband and three children.
