1927 – 2004

SEARSPORT – Dorothy M. Gagné, 76, of Searsport died Monday, March 15, after a long illness.

Born in Lewiston, Aug. 9, 1927, the daughter of Leon and Lea Beaulieu. She was educated in Lewiston schools and worked in local shoe shops and woolen mills. On. July 2, 1949, she married Lionel Gagne who passed away in 1995. She enjoyed cooking, making crafts, dancing and dining out.

She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Michael (Lorraine) Boucher of Topsham, Susan Thibodeau and her companion Leon Farrington of Wales; three grandchildren, Matthew and Stephanie Boucher and Derek Thibodeau; a nephew, Michael Beaulieu; her companion, David Hussey of Searsport.

She was predeceased by her brother, Conrad Beaulieu.
