FRANKLIN, N.H. – Helen Swan Cole, 84, of 23 Gould Avenue, Meredith, N.H., died on March 7, at Mountain Ridge.
She was born in South Paris on Feb. 20, 1920, the daughter of Howard and Rosetta (Littlehale) Swan.
She was educated in South Paris schools and was a 1939 graduate of South Paris High School. In addition she was a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. She worked as an occupational therapist employed by the U.S. Veterans Administration at various hospitals in New England. She was a member of St. Charles Roman Catholic Church in Meredith.
She is survived by several cousins in Maine, New Hampshire, Maryland and Florida.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Francis Cole III on Feb. 1, 1998.
