PORTLAND – Sevendust, which sold out its last Maine show in December at the Central Maine Civic Center, will play at the State Theatre on April 12. Appearing with the band will be special guest Cold.

Sevendust was nominated for Favorite International Indie by the Canadian Indie Music Awards in January. The band’s fourth album, “Seasons,” hit the charts at No. 14 on Billboard’s Top 200 and was the No. 1 metal record the week of Oct. 13. For more information, people can visit www.sevendust.com.

The State Theatre is at 609 Congress St. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $23.50 in advance, or $25 day of show.
