1958-2004

NEW VINEYARD – William R. “Tink” Corbett III, died unexpectedly Friday evening, March 26, in New Vineyard.

He was born in Farmington, Feb. 28, 1958, a son of William R. and Marie (Clark) Corbett Jr. He received his education in local schools and on July 24, 1981, married Charlene Stevens in Temple. He was employed at G.H. Bass in Wilton for 18 years.

Mr. Corbett enjoyed fishing, driving his truck and going for rides.

He is survived by: his wife of 22 years, Charlene of Farmington; two sons, Greg Stevens and his companion, Mindy Hinckley, of Farmington and Scott Stevens and his wife, Tiffany, of New Sharon; his parents, William and Marie Corbett Jr. of Anson; a brother, James “Jimmy” Corbett and his wife Flo of Chesterville; a sister, Cathy Stevens and her husband, Jay of Anson; a granddaughter, Salina Stevens of Farmington; a niece, Misty Stevens of Anson; and a nephew, James Corbett Jr. of Chesterville.
