YARMOUTH – Dan Isaac has formed DHI Management Consulting Inc. to serve small to mid-size organizations in Maine.
He said he plans to offer “management assistance for understaffed, overwhelmed or troubled organizations, to help them achieve their objectives in realistic, ethical, professional and socially responsible ways.”
The four primary areas of assistance being offered are: debt restructuring or finance acquisition, interim CEO for a business temporarily in need of one, being a sounding board for managers with no advisers or directors available and acting as management’s “right-hand man,” completing projects for which managers do not have the time, experience or personnel.
