AUBURN – The Auburn Parks and Recreation Department is planning a Youth T-Ball League for youngsters ages 5-7.
Registrations are now being accepted at the APRD office at Hasty Community Center and will continue through April 23. Entry fee is $25 for residents and $35 for non-residents. Practices will begin the week of April 26, two days a week for one hour. The league will operate May 8 to June 26.
T-Ball is similar to baseball, but the ball is softer and placed on a “tee”. Every participant plays in the field and is entered in the batting order. Teams of 10 players will be formed.
