LEWISTON – A Livermore Falls man was arrested Thursday afternoon, charged with using a mirror to watch people in the men’s bathroom stalls at a fast food restaurant.
Mark Tenneson, 42, was charged with violating privacy after police say he was nabbed spying on customers in a stall in the men’s bathroom at McDonald’s.
Tenneson was arrested and taken to the Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn but was released on bail later Wednesday.
Investigators said Tenneson poked a mirror under a divider wall so he could watch people using the bathroom at the Lisbon Street restaurant. A store employee alerted Lewiston police, who responded and arrested Tenneson at the scene.
It was not the first time the 42-year-old has faced charges of spying on others. In February 2000, he was convicted of violating privacy.
