1901 – 2004

TOPSHAM – Elizabeth C. Davis, 102, a resident of Morse Court, Brunswick, a former Lewiston area resident, died Saturday morning, April 3, at Amenity Manor.

Born in Van Buren, June 14, 1901, she was the daughter of Severin and Dositee (Ruest) Cormier.

She had taught school then had worked in the local textile industry for many years at the Hill Mill. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Church. She was the wife of Dennis J. Davis, who died Oct. 4, 1979.

Survivors include three daughters, Lucille Ulrickson of Gorham, Dorothy Alward of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Jeannette Bryer of Richmond; one son, Dennis Davis of Royerford, Pa.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
