It is outrageous. Once again officials in Augusta are robbing Peter to pay Paul.

I pay a premium for loon plates only to benefit conservation. If my dollars are not going to go for the promised purpose, I will no longer purchase the plates.

Does anyone seriously wonder why taxpayers are in revolt?
