LEWISTON – Amanda Eyre Ward will read from and sign copies of her new book, “Sleep Toward Heaven” Saturday, April 17, at Mr. Paperback. The session will be from 11 a.m. to noon. It was originally scheduled for March 27.

“Sleep Toward Heaven” is a portrait of three women’s disparate lives, all of whom are touched by violence, loss, and self-destructiveness and who are irrevocably connected by one crime and a brutal Texas summer on death row.
