It’s spring and with it comes the Shrine Circus, which for the first time will feature the Flying Redpaths, somersaulting all-girl flyers, stars of the flying trapeze. Also highlighting the show will be the largest group of circus-trained liberty horses presented by Ms. Nellie Hanneford; and aerial motorcycle thrills presented by John and Tina Winn.

The Kora Shrine Circus annual tri-city tour begins at the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland Saturday, Sunday and Monday, April 17, 18, 19. Performances are at 11 a.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday; at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday; and at 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday.

Circus artists will perform at the Colisee in Lewiston at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 20; and at 9:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday April 21.

At the Augusta Civic Center shows will be at 2 and 7 p.m. Friday, April 23; and at 9:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, April 24.

Advance general admission and reserved seats are available in Lewiston at the Kora Shrine, 11 Sabattus St.; at the Cumberland County Civic Center box office in Portland; at the Augusta Civic Center box office; from Kora Shriners; and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
