CARTHAGE – A Carthage man faces charges for in alleged domestic assault that reportedly included threatening the victim with a knife.
Seth Guthartz, 27, was arrested Sunday and charged with assault – domestic, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and obstruction of the report of a crime, said Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Heidi Gould.
The victim fled the residence and went to a friend’s house after Guthartz threatened her with a knife and disabled the phone, Gould said.
