LISBON FALLS – State and federal laws mandate that all in-coming kindergarten-age children should be screened for possible disabilities. School Union 30 will hold kindergarten screening on the following dates:
Lisbon Community School, formerly Marion T. Morse and Lisbon Elementary, parent information night, from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, at Lisbon High School; registration and screening, May 3, 4, 5 and 6. For more information, call 353-3040 or 353-3041.
Durham Elementary School, parent information night, from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 3; registration and screening, May 10 and 11. For more information, call 353-9333 or 353-9334.
Parents should call the secretary at the appropriate school to make an appointment for registration and screening for their child. An official birth certificate, social security number, current immunization record and documentation of a recent (within a year) physical examination by an MD, DO or a nurse practitioner must be presented at registration.
