FARMINGDALE – Edgar James Milligan, 82, formerly of Bates St., Lewiston died Thursday, April 29, at the Twin Cedars Boarding Home.

Born in Mexico April 13, 1922, a son of William and Catherine Ruie. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the VFW.

Mr. Milligan was a paper mill worker in Sanford prior to his retirement.

He is survived by nieces and nephews including, Catherine Desrosiers, Claude, Joey, Emmett, John, Mike Foley; and grand-nieces and nephew, Claude E.J., Tammy and Bobby-Jo Foley and many more.
