I would like to thank state Sen. Peggy Rotundo for her hard work, and I encourage the residents of Lewiston to re-elect her for another term. Recently, she played an important role in organizing Students on the Maine Stage, a celebration of college student civic engagement in Maine. She was a great supporter of this event and pushed to create opportunities for college students from all over the state to meet and work with their legislators in Augusta.

Sen. Rotundo has invited hundreds of children to join her in Augusta and has visited with over 1,000 students in Lewiston classrooms to discuss the important work being done at the State House.

Sen. Rotundo truly believes that our government should be accessible to all citizens. She is always available to listen to and assist her constituents.
