DURHAM – Robert and Elaine Small of Durham are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Small, to John Blunda, son of Peter and Barbara Blunda of Gorham.

Miss Small is a 1996 graduate of Freeport High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in English. She is employed at the May Center for Child Development.

Mr. Blunda is a 1996 graduate of Gorham High School and a 2003 graduate of St. Joseph’s College, majoring in communications. He is currently employed at WCSH-TV and owns his own photography business.

The wedding is planned for 1 p.m. on Oct. 16 at St. Hyacinth Church.
