LEWISTON – Following are recent results in the Elliot Little League:

Major Division: Ben Wigant, Josh Roy and Jamie Poulin were all repeat hitters as Dube Flower knocked off Governor’s 11-2. Albie Therrien contributed a key hit. Wigant, Poulin and Cameron Bussiere combined for 8 strikeouts. Evan Hendershot, Patrick Caldwell and Brady Blouin were the top sticks for Governor’s.

Minor Division: Wendy’s earned 2 wins, the first a 3-2 thriller over Roux Insurance. Alex Small and Darian Pilote both socked 2 hits. Cody Chapman and Parker Asselin shared the mound duties. . . Wendy’s also beat Emerson 4-1 as Small legged out a triple and Rudy Pandora collected a double and single. Asselin and Chapman again combined for the pitching win. Chad Chabot and Alex Nazaroff had hits for Emerson.

Robert Caron Construction also picked up 2 victories. Joe McKinnon struck out 6 batters in pitching Caron to a 5-0 victory over Emerson. He also belted a hit which produced 3 runs. Jordan Charest was a repeat hitter. Chad Chabot and Mike Nazaroff led the Emerson offense. . . Caron also beat Lighting Concepts 14-3 as David Cusson and Charest shared the pitching chores. Charest collected a triple, double, and single and drove in 2 runs. McKinnon rapped an RBI triple, and Eric Soucy’s double produced a run. Cusson and Matt Adams were repeat hitters. Kendrick Jean and Daniel Tanguay led Concepts.

Auburn Suburban

AUBURN – Gee & Bee Sports defeated Pepsi 11-6 in the Major Softball Division. Saydi Voisine and Megan Hussar sparked the offense and Natasha Treadwell was a defensive standout. Lauren Brown cracked a triple for Pepsi. Caroline Dunn also provided offensive support.

Kaily Bubier was the winning hurler, with Emily Grund gaining a save.
