LIVERMORE FALLS – Planners will consider two site plan reviews when they meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the town office. The Planning Board also will hold a public hearing on a subdivision.

The hearing, which is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., is for a subdivision in the former primary school at 20 Baldwin St. Owner Traci Hollingdale proposes subdividing the building into 10 additional leased spaces. There are currently three spaces leased.

The first site plan is for Uter Orall, who is seeking approval to establish Ramsy Wood Works out of his home at 7 Sewall St. He is proposing to add a 24-by-12-foot addition to the house for the business and a bathroom and would employ two in his handcrafted furniture business.

The second site plan is for an expansion of Fitness Stylz at 78 Main St.

If time permits, the board will then work on issues for the next town meeting in 2005.
