Chris Jacques pitched a 1-hitter with relief help from Ryan Lemelin and David Ouellette as Cross turned back Governor’s Restaurant. Max Lessard and Ouellette each stroked 3 hits. Other repeat hitters were Alex Parker, Brandon Kelly and Jacques. Kyle Rousseau contributed a double. For Governor’s, Eric Hall clubbed a 2-bagger. . . Cross defeated Rowe Lewiston 7-2 as Lessard tossed a 4-hitter, striking out 10. Ouellette had the key hit, a 2-run triple. Jacob Lapierre chipped in with a clutch hit. Alex Brochu clouted a long homer for Rowe. Zack Parker belted a double.
