LEWISTON – Gerry L. Chamberlain, 59, of Granite St., Auburn, died Sunday, June 13, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born in Sunburry, Pa. on Dec. 31, 1944, the son of Grant and Margaret (Chapman) Chamberlain. Gerry graduated from Princeton High School in N.J. and later served his country in The U.S. Navy. On Nov. 4, 1967, he married Sandra Perry formerly of Buckfield. He was employed at Electronic Research Inc. in Gray as Operations Manager. He was a member of The United Methodist Church of Auburn, and was also a member of the Masons; Ancient Brothers Lodge No. 178. Gerry was an avid fisherman and enjoyed keeping up with current world events. His quick wit and sense of humor always kept his family and friends entertained.

He leaves his wife of 36 years, Sandra Chamberlain of Auburn; daughter, Erica Chamberlain of Lewiston; son, Grant Chamberlain of Auburn; parents, Grant and Margaret Chamberlain of Florence, N.J.; sister, Lois Smith and husband, Bruce of Princeton Junction, N.J.; brother, Roger Chamberlain and wife, Shirley, of Florence, N.J.; mother-in-law, Lila Perry of Buckfield and several nieces and nephews.
