LEWISTON – A surprise party was held recently for Lewis and Georgette Doustou of Lewiston, on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.

Party hosts were son and daughter-in-law of the couple, Rick and Diane Doustou. The event was held at Marco’s Restaurant and Kyle Doustou was the toastmaster.

Mr. Doustou and the former Georgette Nadeau were married on April 24, 1954, in Lewiston. Their children are Ronald Doustou, Richard Doustou and wife, Diane, and Robert Doustou. Their grandchildren are Kelly Doustou, Leanna Cain, Jenalee Doustou, Kyle Doustou, Nicole Doustou and Kaitlyn Doustou.
