BANGOR – Nancy Carol Garrity Mills of China Village, passed away unexpectedly after a short illness on June 23, at Eastern Maine Medical Center.

The daughter of Spencer S. and Carol Gordon Garrity, she was born on Oct. 26, 1928, in Clinton, Mass.

She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond T. Mills Jr. of Auburn, to whom she was wed in a Christian ceremony on Nov. 26, 1949. They lived for many years in both Auburn and Bremen.

She is survived by her son, Timothy S. Mills, daughter-in-law, Donna, granddaughter Alexandra all of Albion; and her brother, John W. of Hernando, Florida. She will be laid to rest, with her husband, June 27, at the Mount Auburn Cemetery, Auburn

She was predeceased by two brothers, Richard S. and David S. Garrity.
