NORWAY – The next Norway Coffeehouse Open Mic evening will be Friday, June 25, at the First Universalist Church, 479 Main St.

Sign-up for performers begins at 6:30, and the open mike begins around 7 p.m. Performers of all ages are encouraged to bring and share their acoustic musical instruments, original music and poetry in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, organizers say.

Non-performing audience folks are also invited to attend. Participation is not required. Refreshments will be available.

Now in its third year, the monthly open mike nights are hosted by Maine performer and recording artist Heather Pierson.

Admission is $3.
