MEXICO – Wendy and Barry Martin of Mexico are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Tracy Marie Carrier, to Toby Allen Zeeger, son of Cheryl and Rick Zeeger of Lusby, Md.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Connie Tutlis of Mexico. She is a 1996 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park with a bachelor’s degree in public health. She plans to pursue her master’s degree in the fall. She is employed at the Annapolis Yacht Club and at the University of Maryland’s Center for Health and Wellbeing.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Richard and Alice Zeeger of Kratzerville, Pa., and George and Pat Coxe of Northumberland, Pa. He is the great-grandson of Cyrus and Beulah Zeeger of Coal Township, Pa., and Ida Carl of Coal Township, Pa. He is a 1996 graduate of Calvert High School in Prince Frederick, Md., and a 2000 graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in hospitality management. He is employed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
The wedding will be held on Oct. 2 at the Sunday River Resort in Newry.
