WILMOT, N.H. (AP) – Authorities were looking for the wreckage of a small plane crash.
State police confirmed that a search was under way Monday afternoon but provided no other details.
WMUR-TV reported that the pilot has been in contact with authorities, but search crews haven’t been able to pinpoint a location yet. The plane was reportedly on its way from Lebanon to Concord when it went down near Kearsarge Mountain in Wilmot on Monday afternoon.
It’s unclear whether anyone beside the pilot was on board.
