LIVERMORE FALLS – Planners will consider four site-plan review applications – including one for an adult video, book and magazine store – when they meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Town Office.

Wayne Parker Jr. of Jay wants to open the store at 54 Depot St. He plans to sell and rent adult videos, books and magazines and to offer viewing booths and accessories to people 18 and older.

Richard M. Wilbur wants to operate an auto repair shop from a garage in his home at 102 Main St. He would do tune-ups, brake work and similar repairs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Elvin L. Frost Jr. wants to operate a gun shop in the basement of his home at 773 Park St. He would sell firearms and shooting supplies in a 280-square-foot area in his basement. He would deal with pistols, rifles, shotguns, ammunition and other firearms supplies.

Yvette Jamison would like to operate a day-care center from her home at 13 Walnut St. She would operate from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., caring for six children now and caring for 10 to 12 children after she adds another room to her home.

She notes that her property is surrounded by a stockade fence, which separates the lawn and play area from the driveway.
