I am one of many who is hurting from social service cuts. So I speak on behalf of those who are so sick they can barely pick up a pen and write like I’m doing.

I know pain. I am no stranger to the horrors of mental illness, and it affects everyone, not only the ones who have it.

I went to my clinician one day and the bomb was dropped. I’m sure the elected officials were never told: “Oh, that medication will be $83, please.”

And that is with your hard-earned dollars that gave you Medicare. Why are you so angry? Without Medicare, it would have been $15 more. And by the way, you can’t see your clinician anymore because you … well, you can’t afford it.
