PHILLIPS – The theme for the 46th annual Phillips Old Home Days is “You might be a redneck if…”

Event organizers wanted parade, flower show and other exhibitors to have plenty of lead time to prepare this year’s presentations based on the theme. The event will take place Aug. 15 through 22. Event activities will include a parade, photo art contest, flower show and lumberman’s competition.
