BETHEL – More than 260 participated in the Bethel Historical Society’s House and Garden Tour on June 18 and 19, visiting 11 houses: Prodigal Inn and Gallery, Engdahl House, Rivendell House, Gamble House, Hammons House, Vogt House, Drummond House, Kennett House, Richard Frye House, Bingham House and the Dr. Moses Mason House.

The home owners are Bryan and Cindy Adams, Allen and Jackie Cressy, Josiah and Joanna Drummond, Marlene and Lawrence Engdahl, Gail and William Frongillo, George and Ginny Gamble, Ed and Mary Jo Kennett, Charles and Edith Seashore, Frank and Janet Vogt, Tom and Marcey White.

The Steering Committee that made the plans was composed of Co-Chairwomen Virginia Gamble and Mary Alice Bancroft, plus Jan Stowell, Susan Herlihy and Wende Gray.
