• Vehicles driven by Kevin Donovan, 51, 137 Stevens Mill Road, Auburn, and Norman Phelps, 59, West Kingston, R.I., collided at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday on Center Street near Union Bypass. Damage to Donovan’s 1996 Ford pickup was estimated at $700; to Phelps’ 1995 Buick, $3,000.

• A car driven by Amy Greene, 17, of 671 Danville Corner Road, Auburn, went out of control on a curve on Jackson Hill Road at 10:15 p.m. Monday and struck a Central Maine Power Co. utility pole. Damage to the 1998 Volkswagen driven by Greene and owned by David Greene of the same address was estimated at $5,000.

• Vehicles driven by Jeffrey Girouard, 22, of 315 Randall Road, Lewiston, and Jane Finley, 39, of 123 Howe St., Auburn, collided on Lakeshore Drive near Taber’s at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday. Police said the crash happened as Girouard was turning into Taber’s driveway. Finley’s vehicle left 25 feet of skid marks, police added. Damage to the 1999 Pontiac driven by Girouard and owned by Ronald Girouard, also of 315 Randall Road, Lewiston, was estimated at $1,000. Damage to Finley’s vehicle, a 1998 four door, make and model unlisted, was estimated at $1,200.
