• Rene Therrien, 26, of Mexico, on charges of domestic assault, operating under the influence, and operating after suspension, at 9:33 p.m. July 19 on Route 2. He was transported to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Burt Holmquist, 22, of Peru, on charges of failure to give correct name, disorderly conduct, and refusal to submit to arrest, at 5:25 a.m. on July 18 on Route 108. He was arrested while trying to leave the scene on foot of a two-car wreck, said Chief James Theriault.

• Paul Bouchard, 23, of Auburn, on a charge of operating under the influence, on July 17. He was released on bail.

• Joseph Kinney, 33, of Mexico, on a charge of domestic assault, at 1:12 p.m. on July 17. He was released on bail.

• Kenneth Luce, 57, of Windham, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 8:14 p.m. on July 16. He was transported to Oxford County jail.

• Amy Mae Rollins, 19, of Rumford, on a charge of theft, on July 13 at Wal-Mart. Also arrested with her was Sherman Owens, 45, of Rumford, on a charge of theft. Chief Theriault said they are accused of stealing a woman’s purse off a counter.

• Paul Fessenden, 39, of Salem, on a charge of operating under the influence of drugs, at 9:50 p.m. on July 8 on Main Street.

• David Carson, 49, of Mexico, on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident, at 5:05 p.m. on July 8 on Backkingdom Road.

• A 17-year-old Peru boy, on charges of burglary and theft stemming from an incident at Tommyguns on Route 17, on July 6.

• Brona Kelley, 28, of Dixfield, on charges of aggravated operating under the influence and operating without a license, on July 3 following a wreck on Route 2.
