BUCKFIELD – The Oddfellow Theater, now on summer hiatus from regular performances, is offering theater classes for youths and teens Monday through Saturday, July 26 to 31.

Children can explore theater with an interactive imagination with the Odd Company’s Amanda Huotari. She has a BFA in acting from Emerson College and is a graduate of the International School of Comic Acting in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Huotari is a teaching artist with Foothills Arts, Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and the Maine Alliance of Arts Education.

Classes will run Monday through Friday, with a group performance on Saturday morning. The schedule is as follows: 9 to 9:50 a.m., Theater Play, ages 6 to 8, $35; 10 to 11:20 a.m., Funny Business, ages 9 to 12, $45; 12:30 to 2 p.m., Stage Pirates, teens, $55.
