PARIS – The Kiwanis Club of Norway-Paris hosted the annual banquet for the Oxford Hills Middle School Builders Club recently. The club meets weekly and performs numerous community service projects throughout the year.

Several awards were presented. The club also presented its annual report, stating there were 12 core members during the year.

Members performed several projects, including boutonnieres for veterans, decorating Main Street at Christmas, helping at Breakfast with Santa and stewardship of the Cornwall Preserve. They also thanked their Kiwanis adviser, Wini Mott, and their faculty adviser, Gerrie Thorpe.

The Kiwanis Club members said they were inspired by the work done by the Builders Club over the past school year and look forward to the return of the club to active duty in the fall.
