The problem I have is the local Burger Kings are running a contest that involves game pieces. The various advertisements in the store all state, in large print:, No purchase necessary. – No Name, No Town.

Answer: According to www.burgerking.com, game pieces are available without purchase, while supplies last. The Web site also notes that free pieces are given along with certain Burger King purchases. Unfortunately, the deadline for this promotion has passed, but you can find out more details at the Web site.

Dear Sun Spots: I read your column daily and find it very helpful. Would a cobbler or anyone that stitches on leather be in the Oxford Hills or Lewiston area?

They are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They also repair leather coats and replace zippers, such as the work you’re seeking, as well as repair shoes and regular footwear.
